Abuse of law in limited liability and joint stock companies

The article discusses the definition of «abuse of law», concludes what actions of an individual in corporate relations are lawful behavior, and which are abuse. The author determined the differences in the forms of abuse of law in business companies. It was established
how judicial practice is permitted. To protect against legal and material implications, raised by the dishonest behavior of the other participants, the author has developed recommendations for the constituents of the Russian Federation acting in accordance to the Law. The author also suggested the means by which the quantity of abuse in Limited Liability and Joint Stock Companies can be minimized.
